The flavors here are absolutely on point. Every bite tastes like it came straight off a top-tier restaurant grill, not a truck parked by a gas station.
The hibachi chicken is perfectly seared, the fried rice has that addictive smoky flavor, and the yum yum sauce actually deserves the name. You can tell everything’s made fresh right after you order—no reheated nonsense. It’s the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite, look at whoever you’re eating with, and say, “This is so good.”

I'm craving this place so badly today. My experience is always great here. I usually get the teriyaki steak & shrimp and veggies with noodles and it hits the spot everytime. The salmon is also very good here. Thank you for always providing amazing tasting food!
Hibachi Master brings an absolute explosion of flavor to the Prosper area with its fantastic menu. The energetic environment makes it an incredibly fun destination to gather with family or celebrate with friends. Every single dish is prepared beautifully with high-quality ingredients, and the top-tier service makes the meal great. I will be back soon.
I was working in the area and googled a place to get lunch and I am so glad I found this place. Food was authentically AMAZING! I got teriyaki steak and fried rice and veggies come with it. Definitely will go there again if I’m ever any where near that area :)
